El Trato y atención del personal es correcto y muy agradable, estando muy atentos y dispuestos ofreciendo un Servicio profesional. El Local dispone de servicio Exterior a modo de terraza con acceso directo a la Plaza Koldo Mitxelena y un servicio Interior donde encontramos la cafeteria y una zona mas reservada para eventos y adecuada a modo de comedor, dando como resultado un local amplio, comodo y espacioso. En relación a la decoración y ambientación, predominan los colores blancos en las paredes y colores mas oscuros y rusticos en el mobiliario mezclados con una baja iluminación. La Oferta que encontramos, es la habitual y mas demandada; disponiendo de; Pintxos,Raciones, Bocadillos,ensaladas,platos combinados y Postrea varios. En relación al cafe decir que es una de las referencias en Renteria, junto con LinoCafe dando como resultado un muy buen cafe de la.mano de (LA CASA DEL CAFE)."
